The Italian club could loan Wesley from Everton should the English side sign him for €30 million (£26m/$35m), according to in Italy.

Roma owner Dan Friedkin completed a takeover of Everton by purchasing a 98.8 per cent stake in the club from Farhad Moshiri in December 2024. The multi-club ownership situation could allow Everton to purchase Wesley and send him on loan to Roma as a way to circumvent UEFA’s Financial Fair Play.
